The Loan Stranger

Woody borrows money from a less then trustworthy loans company run by a gray fox, who gives the crazed woodpecker $1 with the requirement that he pays it back in thirty days, or the bird's car is forfeit. After thirty days, the woodpecker has forgotten all about the loan and the fox travels to his house, where he tries to get Woody to pay back the loan and the absurd interest put on it.
