Snagglepuss
Snagglepuss, a dramatic, hammy mountain lion, lives in a cave outside of suburbia, hunting for stardom. Generally though he has to content with the attentions of hunter Major Minor, member of the Adventurer's Club, who has been after him for many-a-year. With a "Heavens to Murgatroyd" and an "exit stage left", this frivolous feline evades his pursuer, butchering the language along the way.

Snagglepuss was part of The Yogi Bear Show, along with Yakky Doodle and, of course, Yogi Bear. Prior to this the mountain lion had appeared alongside Quick Draw McGraw and Snooper and Blabber as an orange-furred antagonist named Snaggletooth. Snaggletooth was later retconned into being Snagglepuss’s twin brother.
