Robin Hoodlum

The Crow is appointed the new Sheriff of Nottingham and is given one week to capture the outlaw Robin Hood, who robs from the rich to give to the poor, at least when he's not enjoying a cup at teatime.

UPA's first theatrical short subject under their contract with Columbia Pictures, which entailed that they used mainstay characters The Fox and Crow in three of their first four shorts to test the waters in a trial run.

Robin Hoodlum received a nomination for 1948 best Short Subject/Cartoon, losing to MGM's The Little Orphan.
