Kahlil Gibran's The Prophet

The poet Mustafa has been a political prisoner for seven long years. During this time, he's been kept under house arrest with only his housekeeper, Kamila, and the kind guard, Halim, for company. When he is unexpectedly granted release and a promise to be returned to his homeland, he uses the walk to his ship to recount some of the wisdom he has gleaned during his time locked away with the island villagers and Kamila's precocious but silent daughter, Almitra.

Each of these chapters of Mustafa's sage advice that are animated by a different acclaimed animation directors from around the world.
