Jacob Two-Two

Jacob is the youngest of five children and got his nickname for needing to say things twice just to be heard. Although small for his age, Jacob has a big imagination--frequently fed by the tall tales spun by his older siblings. This leads him on all kinds of wild adventures with comic superheroes, international spies, champion hockey players, mysterious neighbors, revolting cafeteria food and treacherous teachers. Jacob is joined in his escapades by his odd and someone clueless friend, Bufort, and the sharp, headstrong French Canadian girl, Renée.
