The tale of how and why Marv Newland made this infamous little short goes something like this... Marv Newland was working on a short film while attending animation school. As his graduation neared he realized that he would not be able to finish his film in time--however he absolutely had to have a film of some kind to graduate. Bambi meets Godzilla was the result--and if you ever have the opportunity to see this film, you'll immediately understand why.
